Pet Policy

Pets

Tenant shall not keep pets of any kind on the premises (except for service/assistance animals) without prior permission from the owner. If given permission, tenant agrees to the terms of the Pet Addendum attached to the original paperwork, which will require tenant to pay additional fees. If the tenant acquires a pet after occupancy without written permission of owner, it could result in the issuance of an eviction notice.

Service/Assistance Animals

A tenant in need of a service/assistance animal on the premises, as defined by the Fair Housing Act (FHA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), shall give notice to the owner by identifying the type and description of the service/assistance animal. Notwithstanding the absence of an additional deposit for a service/assistance animal, the tenant shall be responsible for any damages caused by the animal.
